By way of introduction, Lottie is my wife and Mother of our Son.

She has a longstanding involvement with movement and flow as a Capoeirista, the Brazilian non-contact martial art.

Currently, lottie trains longsword as an historical European martial art - sparring with steel blunts with Toby Manly, the Master at Arms of the Manly Academy of Historical Swordsmanship, the subject of another post: Toby Manly.
